1. Don't take what is not given to you: Taking something from someone is not permitted unless specifically permitted to by the owner of the taken goods. This includes items, but also claimed land (with documentation of ownership and claim pre-theft) and placed blocks (can be small farms or larger-scale builds).

2. Bugs are to be reported to a server administrator: As we add new or improve existing features on the server you are obligated to report issues that you encounter within a reasonable time. Issues affecting a larger group of people would be a higher priority than issues affecting a single player.

3. Apply common sense to your gameplay: Since we prefer a server with a minimal set of pre-defined rules we wish that players treat others as they themselves wish to be treated. With disagreements or disputes, where two or more parts are unable to come to an agreement, a server owner has the final say in settlements. This applies to existing rules, but also future ones.

4. Check rules when notified of updates: Rules are updated when neccessary, so be sure to check the list of rules whenever they are updated. In cases where changes are of a larger scale players will be notified before they occur.
